The company was established in June 2017 to provide services for the mixing of goods by rail, as well as the repair of railway transport.

The impetus for the establishment of the company was a significant shortage of locomotive traction on the Ukrainian railway, which clearly indicated the need to allow private carriers on the main railway routes of Ukraine.
